Synopsis
Kurosaki Mio, seventeen years old, is a gal known as a charisma in Shibuya. Thirty underclassmen will listen to whatever she says. Mio's one and only hobby is the magical girl anime *Magical Girl Yumi◆Yume*, which has been running for twelve years. During the day, she removes her makeup, lets down her long black hair, and becomes "Kuro-chan," a quiet otaku at event venues. At night, she's a gal standing at the top of Shibuya. She can't let either side find out about the other. However, the cosplay she creates using her gal makeup techniques is so high-quality that photos of it spread online, and even her Shibuya underclassmen start buzzing: "Isn't this cosplayer insane?" The more she tries to hide, the more conspicuous her double life becomes. Then, in December, the anime's final episode event and Shibuya's biggest gathering end up scheduled for the same day at the same time.
